A Love as Organic as the Day: Sierra & Greg’s Wedding at WW Seymour Conservatory

Some weddings are meticulously planned down to the last detail, and others unfold like a perfectly unscripted love story—Sierra and Greg’s wedding was the latter, a celebration of love, art, and the people who mean the most to them. Held at the stunning WW Seymour Conservatory in Tacoma, their day was a reflection of who they are: beautifully unstructured, deeply intentional, and filled with warmth.

A Ceremony Rooted in Connection

Set against the lush greenery of Wright Park, the conservatory provided a dreamy, greenhouse-like setting for Sierra and Greg’s intimate ceremony. The space felt like an extension of their love—wild yet elegant, timeless yet refreshingly original. With no formal bridal party, all attention was on the couple as they exchanged vows surrounded by 75 of their closest friends and family.

Greg’s proposal was as poetic as their wedding day. He compared Sierra to blueberries, a simple yet profound metaphor that spoke of sweetness, resilience, and the way love finds its own natural rhythm. That same philosophy carried into every aspect of their wedding, where structure took a backseat to authenticity and joy.

A Dress Unlike Any Other

Sierra’s gown was truly one of a kind, designed by a local artist who was given complete creative freedom. Her explicit request to all her vendors was simple yet powerful: “Just create what you love.” The result was a masterpiece—a gown that reflected both the artistry of its maker and the free-spirited nature of the bride who wore it. Paired with her effortless style, Sierra’s look was nothing short of breathtaking.

Art, Expression, and a Celebration of People

One of the most remarkable elements of Sierra and Greg’s wedding was how they entrusted the creative process to those around them. From the dressmaker to the caterer, the invitation designer to the photographer (that’s me!), each person was given full artistic freedom with only one request: to create with passion and intention. The result was a wedding that felt deeply personal and organically curated, a true reflection of the couple’s trust in the people they love.

Rather than a traditional reception, their gathering at a Peerspace in Tacoma was a relaxed, shenanigan-free space designed to accommodate and celebrate the neurodivergent guests in attendance. Without loud music or structured dancing, the evening unfolded in a way that allowed everyone to feel at ease, proving that weddings don’t have to follow a rulebook to be absolutely magical.

Capturing the Unscripted Moments

Sierra and Greg wanted their wedding images to feel natural—candid moments, unfiltered emotion, and the effortless beauty of a day spent with their favorite people. Their vision was vintage, elegant, a little edgy, and endlessly romantic, a mix of timeless and modern. And that’s exactly how the day felt. Every glance, every quiet smile, every shared laugh became a part of their love story, preserved forever in images that reflect the heart of their day.

The Magic of an Unconventional Love Story

In a world that often pressures couples to follow a set wedding formula, Sierra and Greg reminded us that love is anything but predictable. Their wedding was about bringing people together in a way that felt real and meaningful to them. It was about honoring creativity, embracing the unexpected, and, most of all, celebrating the love that brought them here.

Sierra and Greg, thank you for allowing me to be part of your extraordinary day. Your story is one that will stay with me, just like the unforgettable moments we captured together.

Here’s to a love that grows wild and free, just like the setting where you said ‘I do.’
